Zoologist Tyrannosaurus Rex is an extreme artistic perfume that aims to recreate the apocalyptic atmosphere of the Cretaceous period. Launched in 2018 and created by perfumer Antonio Gardoni, it is known for being one of the most powerful, "aggressive", and polarizing fragrances in niche perfumery.

Olfactory Profile

T-Rex does not try to be pleasant in the traditional sense, but tells a story of destruction and rebirth:

Opening: A violent explosion of dense smoke, black pepper, and burnt woods reminiscent of a forest fire or volcanic earth.
Heart: Dense and "primordial" flowers emerge, such as champaca and ylang-ylang, combined with a note of metallic rose that evokes an almost sanguine (bloody) scent.
Base: An animalic and leathery base dominated by leather, resins, incense, and civet, leaving a very long-lasting and ancestral trail.
